This documentary is a very helpful explanation for the people that have depression to understand what is normal and what is not in our thoughts and mind.

Being called a pessimist and antisocial person when all I really wanted was to be able to socialize and be someone fun and nice to be with. :/ No one would want to be and feel like this on purpose! People don't understand what a struggle it is. Part of my treatment is keeping a notebook where I can check daily activities such as eating and taking showers or else I wouldn't even leave my bed, doing the most simple things is already a challenge."(Ursula )
